Junior Account Manager

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to oversee our largest client’s account and act as a liaison between the client and various company departments.

What will you do?

As the junior account manager, you will be responsible for helping our account manager develop quality relationships with our high-profile clients, address challenges and resolve problems as they arise, and execute on plans put together from our account manager. You will proactively communicate and follow up with these clients to provide ongoing support as our software evolves. Essentially, you will be responsible for understanding these client’s needs and working with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of all work to the client.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a role in developing quality relationships with strategic clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver quality results in a timely manner
  • Coordinate the involvement of all necessary company personnel when addressing customer needs
  • Become an expert on our product, understanding the technical capabilities and technical potential of storEDGE in order to best support strategic accounts
  • Help develop and coordinate new client implementation plan, ensuring all tasks associated with onboarding are executed seamlessly
  • Partner with development team to communicate technical features of the product
  • Gather data on how clients are using the software in order to make recommendations to the account manager
  • Work with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of all work to the client

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills
  • Ability to work with data and information accurately and provide recommendations based on the analysis of the data
  • Experience managing customer relationships a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) and ability to facilitate discussions and advocate new ideas with strategic partner 
  • Tackle challenges with relentless dedication
  • Able to work effectively with a variety of internal teams
