Implementation Specialist

Why do we need you? 
The self storage industry has been re-invented in recent years and is on the rise with more consumer demand than ever before. We need a talented Implementation Specialist  to manage the process of on-boarding new clients onto our storEDGE software, managing large amounts of client data, and troubleshooting technical issues that might arise.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the process of onboarding 20+ new clients each month onto our storEDGE software
  • Train end-users on our storEDGE software platform
  • Import, organize, and merge batches of client data
  • Be a first point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues for clients via phone and email
  • Manage support tickets and customer expectations
  • Introduce and train end-users on new software features
  • Work with development team to enhance software on an ongoing basis
  • Advise clients on how to get the most out of our software
  • Troubleshoot accounting/financial issues that arise in the software’s accounting feature

Requirements

  • Must be an expert in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to problem solve, analyze situations and provide solutions
  • Ability to provide quality customer support to a large customer base
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Foundational knowledge of accounting and finance concepts
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot accounting/financial data preferred
