Sales Coordinator

Red Nova Labs provides the most advanced technology solutions (storEDGE) to the self storage industry, powering over 4,000 storage facilities across the country. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to be part of a team that is focused on growing our customer base!

Why do we need you? 
The self storage industry has been re-invented in recent years and is on the rise with more demand than ever before. We are looking for an individual who can field a variety of responsibilities in an entry level role on our sales team. We’re launching a new product and need someone to work directly with the sales team to coordinate and connect prospects/clients with local dealers and installers for access control solutions.  The ideal candidate is tech savvy with strong communication skills, organization, and research abilities.

  • Manage a sales pipeline for a new product 
  • Manage expectations and timelines for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate and connect prospects/clients with local dealers and installers for access control solutions
  • Salesforce data entry
  • Lead qualification and lead generation
  • Other tasks to assist the sales management team
  • Understand the industry and competitive landscape in order to explain and show why storEDGE is the better solution for self storage facilities 
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • A competitive and self-motivated attitude with desire to win
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A positive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills


  • 1-3 years of knowledge and experience in inside sales
  • Experience with SalesForce
