What Dan does at RNL
Dan spends his nights dreaming about problems in existing and new markets and how to address them, and his days trying to convince people he isn't insane. To ensure Red Nova Labs has the best team possible, Dan spends a great deal of time making sure the culture is conducive to attracting and keeping the best talent, including interviewing every prospective employee.
